This error message occurs when the latest FinancialsIFRS template has been installed but the engagement file has not yet been updated (refer: Figure 1).

When you receive an update the following must be completed to prevent this error:

1. Install CaseWare Working Papers software
2. Install FinancialsIFRS Template; and
3. Update all Engagement files when prompted.

If an engagement file is not updated after the latest template has been installed then the user will encounter some usability problems with formatting the financials.

When accessing the line properties, underlines and styles and formatting dialogs, you will receive this error (refer: Figure 1) message which will prevent you from using the feature .

Solution
Update the engagement file to the template version (refer: Figure 2).

1. Select Quick Links | Version Control | Updates from the Work-flow Panel.
   
2. Select the click here option to begin the update process (refer: Figure 2).
