How do I Insert a Detailed Profit & Loss Statement into the Financial Statements?

Open the Financial Statements in 'and the Management Reporting template, Edit Mode allows the user to access some of the advanced features of CaseView whilst maintaining a clean interface and usability. Edit Mode allows the user to make formatting, style and content changes to the statements being prepared.

' and complete the following steps:
  1. Ensure 'Schedules' have been activated as a 'Required Area' of the Financial Statements:
    1. From the 'Financial Statements' menu select Options | Financial Statement Options
    2. From the 'Settings' menu select General | Areas required
    3. Within 'Areas required' ensure the Schedules checkbox has been ticked
    4. Click the Back to Financial Statements button (refer: Figure 1) to return to the Financial Statements
  2. From the 'Financial Statements' menu select Documents | Insert | Schedules
  3. The list of available Schedules is displayed, which includes four different formats for the 'Detailed Profit and Loss Statement' (refer: Figure 2)
  4. Click the outer checkbox to select the appropriate format of the 'Detailed Profit and Loss Statement'
  5. Click the OK button
