Edit Mode can be enabled from the Document Menu.'); return false">Edit Mode' and complete the following steps:
- Ensure 'Schedules' have been activated as a 'Required Area' of the Financial Statements:
- From the 'Financial Statements' menu select Options | Financial Statement Options
- From the 'Settings' menu select General | Areas required
- Within 'Areas required' ensure the Schedules checkbox has been ticked
- Click the Back to Financial Statements button (refer: Figure 1) to return to the Financial Statements
- From the 'Financial Statements' menu select Documents | Insert | Schedules
- The list of available Schedules is displayed, which includes four different formats for the 'Detailed Profit and Loss Statement' (refer: Figure 2)
- Click the outer checkbox to select the appropriate format of the 'Detailed Profit and Loss Statement'
- Click the OK button
