An 'Error -132: An error occurred during the move data process' error message is displayed during the installation of Working Papers, when another instance of Working Papers is open. (refer: Figure 1)
Even though Working Papers may not be physically open, it may still be running behind the scenes.

Suggested solutions to resolve this error are as follows:

Solution 1:

1. Reboot the pc prior to installing Working Papers

Solution 2:

1. Hold down CTRL+ALT+DEL on the keyboard to display the 'Windows Security' dialog
2. Click the Task Manager button to display the 'Windows Task Manager' screen
3. Select the Processes tab and sort by 'Image Name'
4. Scroll to find the following files:
• CVWin32.exe
• cwcs.exe
• CWin32.exe
5. Select each file and click the End Process button
