Financial Reporting Software

The Financials template produces yearly and half-yearly statutory financial statements for Listed Public, Large Reporting, Large-non Reporting and Small Reporting Companies, as well as Reporting Associations, Trusts and Partnerships. The new July 2009 release takes the template one step further by providing the non-reporting equivalents for Small companies, Associations, Trusts and Partnerships previously only available in our Basic Reporting template. This now give users that ability to produce either 2-column single entity or 4-column consolidated financial statements for each entity type provided.

The template produces print quality, financial reports that are linked in real time to the CaseWare Working Papers trial balance. The template creates smart financial statements and is designed to allow the firm to set standards while allowing the individual user to customise statements to meet the needs of a specific engagement. It automates many of the processes in the preparation of the financial statements and tools are provided to make modifications simple.

The financials template is updated annually based on XYZ Model Financial Accounts and is suitable for a majority of the entities the publication provides guidance for.  You also have access to the disclosure checklists to assist you with ensuring you have not missed any mandatory disclosures contained within the Australian Accounting Standards or Interpretations.
