Some Partners use CaseWare sporadically, whilst the average graduate Auditor will spend all day every day using the software. Even new users have unique training requirements and our experienced trainers are able to design and deliver customised courses to suit your needs.

Some examples of our customised courses are :

CaseWare Audit Essentials

Based on the standard “CaseWare Essentials” course, this workshop is designed for the audit practice that has purchased CaseWare Working Papers and the Audit template primarily for the purpose of conducting audit engagements. For new users of CaseWare, the two day course includes the fundamentals of using CaseWare Working Papers. For experienced CaseWare users the course can be condensed to a one day workshop on the Audit template only.

CaseWare Financials Essentials

Based on the standard “CaseWare Essentials” course, this workshop is designed for the professional accounting practice that has purchased CaseWare Working Papers primarily for the production of financial statements for clients. As with the Audit Essentials course, a two day workshop is held for new users while for experienced users a one day workshop covering only the Financial Reporting template will be held.

Audit Methodology

Customised audit methodology courses can be tailored to meet your needs. Combining the use of CaseWare Working Papers and drawing on the Australian Auditing Standards, our expert trainers can address theoretical knowledge gaps your audit staff may have. From planning an effective audit engagement to forming an opinion on going concern, we can deliver a course on as little or as many topics as you require.

Audit And Financial Reporting Templates

These courses are designed for experienced CaseWare users and provide information on the most recent software changes and the latest developments in the Australian Auditing and Accounting Standards as they apply to the audit and financial reporting templates respectively.

Partner Update

Based on the standard “Reviewer” Course, Task Knowledge can deliver a customised update specifically aimed at keeping the Partners at your firm “in touch” with CaseWare Working Papers. Typically no more than a one to two hour session, these updates cover standards changes, CaseWare’s review functionality, enhancements to the software and in the templates.
